As you might have been able to tell, my project has been put on hold for the Christmas season. There is no need to set unreal expectations just to be disappointed with myself when I won't meet them -- because I won't. But come 2011, I will be back, and in a strong way! I plan to have the rough draft done by Spring Break so that I can spend a few hours each day revising/rewriting.
Wow.
Spring Break seems so close... so much to do. And too soon. I almost don't know if I want this phase to end. Because this phase (the keeping my writing to myself phase) is safe. But I guess I write so I can share, so when I get to that point I will be ready. At least, I hope.
And until then... time to enjoy some hot chocolate and Christmas tunes!
